Sign-in happens on eBay's own page inside the app, so anything that works on ebay.com works here — including two-factor authentication. If the page won't accept your details, first confirm you can sign in at ebay.com in Safari. Then check that the eBay site selected in Settings matches your account's home site (US, UK, AU, DE, CA, FR, IT, NL, or ES). Signing out and back in resolves most session issues.

The app reads your My eBay pages (purchase history, bids & offers, watch list) and reads several pages deep per section. Very old items beyond what My eBay shows may not appear. If items you can see on ebay.com are missing in the app, email us — eBay occasionally changes its pages and we ship parser updates quickly.

CSV (opens in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets), Excel (.xlsx workbook), and paginated PDF. Exports include item number, title, seller, type, status, end date, price, shipping, totals, plus order IDs and tracking numbers where available.

Exports are created on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. From there you choose: save to the Files app, AirDrop, mail, messages, or any app that accepts the file. The app itself does not upload your exports anywhere.

Yes. Notes you add to an item are kept when the app re-syncs and merges new data.

Signing out (Settings) clears your eBay session cookies. To remove everything — synced items, notes, and settings — simply delete the app. Nothing is stored outside your device, so that's genuinely all of it. If you enabled the optional platform sign-in, disconnect it in Settings first to revoke the connection.
